Lawton's Cove Housekeeping Cottage Resort consists of six, two and three bedroom cottages located on two acres of Doe Lake waterfront. The cottages each have a front porch affording an excellent view of the beachfront and lake.

Each cottage is electrically heated and contains an electric stove, refrigerator and microwave oven as well as pots, pans, dishes, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker.

Each bedroom has one double bed with a good mattress. Pillows, blankets and comforters are NOT provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING.

The cottages all have hot and cold water in the kitchen and the two piece bathroom.

There is a central shower facility with ample hot water. The grounds are well kept and there is a play area for the children.

For the adults, there is a horseshoe pit and basketball net. There is a central fire pit with the wood provided for the nightly campfires. (weather permitting)

2 bedroom cottages accommodate 4 persons, and 3 bedroom cottage accommodates 6 persons. There is a $25 charge per person per night for guests over the accommodation limit: subject to the prior approval of management.

A $600.00 non refundable deposit is required by April 15th to hold the reservation and the remainder is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival. Payments by e-Transfer to info@lawtonscove.ca

During July and August, we prefer weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and check-out time is 10:00 A.M.

Prices include life jackets and safety kit.

Weekly boat and motor rentals include the first tank of gas.

Canoes, kayaks and a paddle boat are available for your use at no charge but children must be supervised.

Windsurfer & Sailboat:

If you bring your own boat, there is a dockage fee.

Renters are responsible for any damage to equipment.

Check-in time is 3 o'clock P.M. If you find that you are going to be very late arriving, please let us know.
Check-out time is 10 o'clock A.M. Please try to be prompt.
Please try to leave the cottages in a condition similar to when you arrived.
We allow pets - dogs (preferably one) not cats. Please clean up after them. They must be under control at all times. If you wish to take them in the water, feel free to take them off the boat ramp on the other side of the docks.
We ask that parents be responsible for their children's safety and actions.
We have a campfire almost every night. Since some of our guests like to go to bed early we ask for quiet time starting 10 P.M. In that same regard, we would expect that those at the campfire would keep the noise level down aswell.
We work very hard to keep the property looking nice. Our work is much easier if people pick up after themselves.
We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. We want you to want to come back again. If there is anything bothering you or anything we can do to make your vacation more enjoyable please do not hesitate to ask any one of us. (We have only limited control over the weather)
